At FarmerGiant, we stand behind the quality of the equipment and machinery we sell. This policy explains when returns, replacements, and refunds apply.
Because our products are heavy-duty farm equipment and machinery, we are only able to accept returns in the following circumstances:
The item delivered is defective or not in working order upon delivery
The item delivered is materially different from what you ordered (wrong item, wrong specification, or missing critical components)
We are unable to accept returns for reasons of change of mind, incorrect quantity ordered by the customer, or general dissatisfaction not related to a defect or fulfilment error.
You must notify us of any defect or discrepancy within 24 – 48 hours of delivery, by contacting us with:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos or videos showing the defect or discrepancy
Claims reported after this window may not be eligible for a return, replacement, or refund, unless the defect falls under an applicable manufacturer warranty (see Section 5).
Once we receive your claim, our team will review the evidence provided and may arrange an inspection of the equipment (in person or via additional photos/videos) to verify the defect or discrepancy before approving a return, replacement, or refund.
Where a claim is verified and approved, FarmerGiant will, at its discretion, offer one of the following:
Repair of the defective item, where feasible
Replacement with the same or equivalent item
Refund of the amount paid, using the original payment method where possible
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 – 21 business days of approval.
Some equipment sold by FarmerGiant may carry a separate manufacturer's warranty covering defects beyond the initial delivery inspection window. Where applicable, warranty terms will be communicated at the point of sale, and any warranty claims will be handled in line with the manufacturer's terms.
Items must be returned in the condition in which they were delivered, with all original parts, accessories, and packaging, unless the item is being returned specifically because it is non-functional.
Where a return is approved due to our error or a verified defect, FarmerGiant will bear the cost of return logistics.
Where a return is requested for reasons outside this policy but accepted at FarmerGiant's discretion, return logistics costs will be borne by the customer.
Returns will not be accepted where:
The equipment has been used beyond the necessary inspection/testing for the claimed defect
Damage occurred due to misuse, improper installation, or lack of maintenance after delivery
The claim is reported outside the stated notification window without a valid warranty basis
If your order has not yet been dispatched, you may request cancellation by contacting us directly. Once an order has been dispatched for delivery, standard return conditions above will apply.
